The average person only wears 25% of their wardrobe - and this isn't because they have too many clothes!

The Daily Mail reports that there are (on average) 22 unworn items in every woman's closet and a guilty complex often stops us from clearing them out, but a wardrobe detox will help you make the most of what you have.

By de-cluttering your wardrobe at the start of a new season (September for autumn/winter and April for spring/summer) or the New Year, you will:
